In this role, you will work with others to implement a key strategy initiative in the state and CALE for a new degree, Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Education as well as working in our ITE and non-ITE programs. The successful applicant will take the lead in developing an innovative vision of Outdoor and Environmental Education units. You will also engage directly with the Tasmanian Department for Education, Children and Young People, Catholic Education Tasmania, Independent Schools Tasmania as well as early years providers and community organizations to build capacity across the education system in Tasmania. Our ambition is to positively impact the wellbeing and educational attainment of all Tasmanians and we see this role as central to this endeavour. To be successful, you will be a dynamic and established academic with knowledge and experience in area of outdoor education, environmental education, and curriculum research and its application in educational contexts.
