You will ensure allocated units are prepared for both internal and external students, including web-based versions of each unit in a timely manner, and monitor the quality of those units.About YouTo be successful, you will require:A research or coursework higher degree in a relevant business discipline (Management; Finance; Accounting; Economics; Marketing) and/or willingness to enrol in PhD program.Demonstrated understanding of the principles in working in Higher Education, enabling and equity programs, providing supportive education to people from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds and varying age groups.Ability and willingness to contribute to unit/course resource and development within the context and requirements of a quality education provider.Emerging track record of scholarly outputs.Excellent professional teamwork and communication skills, including oral, written, information communication technology (ICT) and interpersonal skills.Being of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent is considered to be a genuine criterion for this role under relevant Anti-discrimination legislation.RemunerationAppointment to this role will be at Research Active Academic Level B/C. The base salary will be in the range of $112,710 to $156,967 per annum.
