Based in UniSA Education Futures at the Mawson Lakes campusFull-time, continuing positionCommencement Salary: $109,074 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)About the Role As the Lecturer in Primary Science and Mathematics Education, you are responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of courses within UniSA Education Futures undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
You will contribute to research and scholarly activity, independently and as a member of the team, resulting in quality publications in both academic refereed and professional journals.
Essential Skills and Experience PhD qualification in Science and/or Mathematics Education in the primary and/or middle years of schoolingDemonstrated ability to undertake a range of teaching duties including the preparation of appropriate teaching materials and resources for Science and/or Mathematics Education in the primary and/or middle years of schoolingDemonstrated commitment to establishing a program of research that demonstrates growing publication record, and experience in the preparation of research grant applications and success in attracting research income commensurate with opportunityDemonstrated ability in using a range of contemporary teaching methodologies (including digital techniques) required for effective curriculum deliveryCulture As a University of Enterprise, we offer a dynamic and agile workplace culture, one that embraces challenges and thrives on breaking new ground.
