Salary Package: Lecturer (Level B) from $119,840 to $141,790 or Senior Lecturer (Level C) from $146,324 to $168,275 p.a., plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
Appointment Type: Full-time, continuing position.

The School of Psychological Sciences is seeking a suitably qualified academic to be actively involved in the development, curriculum design, teaching, and delivery of units in the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Psychology Courses within the School.
About You You will have tertiary and professional qualifications in psychology, and the capacity to design, deliver units and programs at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
You will also have experience with, or a willingness to embrace, educational technology, blended learning, and educational innovation.
Essential Criteria for Level B (Lecturer) and Level C (Senior Lecturer) A PhD or equivalent tertiary qualifications in Psychology.Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Exceptional teaching skills and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality learning and teaching, including the design, delivery, and management of online and face-to-face content, lectures, tutorials, and assessments, with evidence of excellent student outcomes and reflective practice.Demonstrated experience in teaching in accredited psychology undergraduate courses including on topics such as health psychology, development, social and personality psychology, and intercultural psychology.Demonstrated experience in teaching evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapeutic approaches and counselling skills across the lifespan.Demonstrated innovation in pedagogy and curriculum development.Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Evidence of successful delivery to diverse student cohorts.Evidence of quality research supervision including Honours.Essential for Level C (Senior Lecturer) Demonstrated leadership experience in the delivery of units and programs.Ability to engage or partner with industry and professional bodies.Demonstrated experience in contributing to the academic life and administrative tasks of the School and Faculty.To Apply To be considered for this position, please apply online by submitting your CV and a separate (3-page maximum) cover letter that details how you meet each of the selection criteria.
