You will be responsible for the delivery of online teaching into the postgraduate Master of Nurse Practitioner program, contributing to the quality improvement cycle of the curricula, embedding contemporary practice and teaching approaches while participating in research and administrative duties appropriate to the appointment level. You will also contribute to growing the professional profile of the nursing discipline at the University and at a local, national, and international level.About youTo be successful in this role, you will:Hold a doctoral qualification (or close to completion) or equivalent accreditation and standing or professional equivalent.Hold current registration as a Nurse, with current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions, notations, or conditions.Demonstrate recent ability to achieve teaching quality as indicated by internal and external surveys and outcomes for students that will improve or innovate curriculum in response to feedback.Display knowledge of and skills in the pedagogy of teaching and learning across a program and/or course.Be developing a record of publication or non-traditional research output in high-quality outlets and establishing research collaborations.Have the ability and desire to be involved in active supervision of honours, masters, and/or higher degree by research projects.Please note, as part of the application process you will need to formally address each criterion of the Selection Criteria (including desirable criterion) in your application.
