Developing and delivering a mix of semester length units as well as short courses aimed at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education markets whilst contributing to legal scholarship and/or scholarship relating to pedagogy and, where appropriate, engaging in co-supervision of higher degree research students.About YouTo be successful, you will require:A relevant postgraduate qualification or higher in Law, or related discipline and proven experience in a similar role.Demonstrated research ability and commitment to carrying out legal research.Evidence of effectiveness as a law teacher, a commitment to superior teaching outcomes, flexible teaching hours (including evening classes) and demonstrated interest in the development and understanding of distance learning and modern information and communication technologies.Evidence of ability to teach into at least two of the Priestly 11 subjects, including Property Law, Criminal Law and Torts Law.Demonstrated ability to effectively undertake administrative responsibilities, including unit coordination.Demonstrated capacity and willingness to work effectively and consultatively as a member of a team.
