You will be involved in the development and teaching of units (courses), utilising both on-campus and flexible-mode of teaching and learning support, and will engage in scholarly work that informs teaching and learning in diverse educational contexts.
About YouTo be successful, you will require:
A PhD qualification in Motor Control and Motor Learning, Exercise and Sport Science or a relevant field and have the eligibility for membership and accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).Ability to work collaboratively in the development and delivery of appropriate learning and teaching programs.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, including contributing to staff meetings and committees.Demonstrate a track record of high-quality research output with the potential to attract research funding and supervise post-graduate students.Proven record of knowledge and ability to develop high quality and engaging teaching materials for face-to-face and blended delivery.Support the University's commitment to the principles of reconciliation, which exemplify respect for the First Nation Australians.This position is subject to Charles Darwin University Affirmative Action Priority Recruitment measures, in accordance with s57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 (NT) 1992.First Nations applicants are strongly encouraged to apply and will be granted priority consideration for this vacancy. The base salary will be in the range of $112,710 to $133,262 per annum.
The total remuneration package will be in the range of $131,870 to $155,916 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
