This role requires a thorough understanding of The Early Years Program, its embedded professional experience and field placement requirements.
This position requires subject coordination and teaching, initiating and collaborating on research activities in Early Childhood Education and Care, engaging with academic and professional bodies, contributing to community initiatives, and performing governance activities.

About You You will be an experienced Educator with a doctoral qualification relevant to Early Childhood Education. You will have demonstrated expertise in teacher education programs and an emerging research profile in the field. You bring strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of current trends and challenges in Early Childhood Education and Care. Your experience includes teaching in both in-person and online contexts, with familiarity across a range of Early Childhood content and curriculum subjects. You are committed to advancing research and contributing to the education of future teachers within a university setting.
