About the role Applications are sought for the full-time ongoing Education Support Employee position of Leave Administrator to commence on 22 January 2025.

This will involve meticulous identification and tracking, calculation, and recording of leave data, ensuring that each entry aligns with College policies and relevant legislative requirements.
The Leave Administrator will serve as the primary contact for staff inquiries related to leave, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and interpretive expertise concerning the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Award 2022 (and any subsequent agreements).
In this role, the Leave Administrator will collaborate closely with Human Resources and Payroll to ensure the accurate and timely management of all leave entitlements and adjustments.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, along with strict adherence to data security and confidentiality protocols.
The Leave Administrator is under the direction of the Director of Finance and reports directly to the Assistant Business Manager.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The major areas of responsibility of the Leave Administrator include but are not limited to: Collection and recording of all leave; Communication with staff around leave requests and inquiries; Communicating with Human Resources and Payroll regarding leave decisions/outcomes; performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.
SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $74,434.00 - 84,225.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.
