This is a great opportunity for someone organised and motivated.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (work from home 1-2 days a week) Wednesday and half days on Saturdays for open homes and inspections Key Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day operations Build and maintain positive landlord/tenant relations Conduct property open homes and prepare lease agreements Handle maintenance and repair requests Prepare market appraisal reports and ensure compliance with regulations Perform reference checks and process tenant applications Use Inspection Manager and Property Me for property management tasks Note: No accounts or tribunal hearings required Qualifications Needed: Certificate of Registration (COR) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle TO APPLY: CHELSEA 0499 298 133
