Our leasing partner cadets join us as entry level employees and are provided with a structured career path from day 1 to grow within the company. Commencing in the dynamic Property Management team based in our Kent Town office, your qualifications will be paid for by Harris, and once qualified, you will commence working in a Leasing Partner role working alongside our reputable Property Managers.This is a role that you can really bring your best self to and combine your passion for property with your superior communication and exceptional client service skills. This role will suit someone who works well with limited direction, is extremely organised and self-driven, likes to be out on the road meeting clients face to face and enjoys working within a close-knit supportive team environment.There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. Within our fast paced and innovative environment, on any given day, you will be:Matching tenants to propertiesAttending inspections – routines, opens, in-goings and outgoingsTimely and professional communication with clientsCoordinating a Property Management PODThe company:Harris Real Estate is an undeniable success story.
