Our client, a well-established agency, is seeking a leasing manager to help manage and drive the growth of their property management department.
This is a full-time role for someone who thrives on customer service and works well within a team environment.
The office is situated in a central riverside suburb with ample parking.

THE POSITION:
Conduct property inspections for prospective tenants Assist in the marketing of new business properties Maintain relationships with clients Follow up with tenants and applicants after inspections Maintain and manage our new business property database Be an integral part of our property management team, stepping in where needed (because teamwork is the heart of our success!)

THE CANDIDATE:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A genuine passion for the real estate industry and a willingness to learn and grow Valid QLD Certificate of Registration and driver's license.
