The Company
Our client is an Australian Private Developer, working out of luxury offices. This fast-growing team truly has a strong pipeline of property growth across a variety of asset classes including, sub-regional & neighbourhood shopping centres, mixed-use, commercial & social housing.
The Opportunity
Due to recent growth, we have an opportunity for a Retail Leasing Executive looking to work for an owner-operator! Reporting to the Head of Property, this is a role where you will be exposed to all elements of the business, including Leasing, Asset Management, Strategy and value-adding.
The Responsibilities
This role will initially concentrate on the leasing strategy of their retail shopping centre portfolio. You will be required to lease directly, working across both new and renewable tenancies in their Shopping Centres. That means sourcing new tenants as well as negotiating existing tenants to renew their lease.

Retail Leasing Identifying gaps and implementing value adding initiatives Strong people skills Strategic and Commercial mindset paired with leadership qualities Ability to maximise commercial returns Tenant relations and day-to-day liaison with Centre teams Impeccable personal presentation and communications skills Benefits:
