The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the driving force behind providing top quality service. With plenty of support and training, this role will see you utilise your ability to work in a team. As a Leasing Consultant your specific duties will include:
Working closely with a Property Manager
Conducting open homes & private appointments
Taking Leasing enquiries via email and phone
Conduct routine inspections
Application process including reference checks
Assist with ingoing/outgoing inspections when needed
Ad hoc Property Management Administration
The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
Excellent computer skills and strong communication (both written and verbal)
A self starter and office motivator
Highly organized
The ability to think outside the square
Real Estate experience advantageous
