This role will see you prospecting into a sales associate or junior property manager.
The Role: Handling and addressing all rental inquiriesConducting open homesConducting reference checks on potential tenantsLeasing propertiesHandling Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspectionsProcessing rental applicationsAssisting Property Managers with ad hoc duties The Candidate: A Certificate of registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
Previous Real Estate experience is desired for this role.
