Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant, this role will see a lucky individual work under an experienced Senior, on a locally based portfolio, with the best team yet!
The Role:
Providing a high level of service that is above and beyond to their high-profile clients, this is an exciting Leasing Consultant opportunity for a crucial individual to hit the ground running with one of Australia's most iconic agencies.
With plenty of support, structure, and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
Conducting open homes and open for inspections
Ingoing & outgoing inspections
Routine inspections & Saturday work
Diary Management
Prepare properties for online advertising
Lease sign-ups
Preparing leases and lease packs
Ad hoc administration duties
Skills and Experience:
A current certificate of Registration & driver's license is essential
High level of professionalism
Commitment to superior customer service
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
