This is an opportunity to provide a high level of service that is above & beyond! Working alongside a fantastic Property Management division, we are looking for a talented individual to follow a streamlined leasing process. You will be responsible for:
Preparing lease documents & lease sign-ups Conducting open homes and property viewings Responding to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls Processing rental applications and conducting thorough background checks Acting as a liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues Providing excellent customer service The Ideal Candidate: A confident, hard-working individual with a can-do attitude Ability to work independently and within a team A valid NSW real estate licence/certificate of registration A NSW drivers licence and reliable, well-presented vehicle Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner Attention to detail in all aspects of the role Immaculate personal presentation & great organisational and time management skills To Apply:Please callVanessa Necovskion0401744636for more information oremailyourCVto******.All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
