THE ROLE • Coordinate and conduct tenant inspections
• Handle all enquiry for rentals
• Market and promote property for lease
• Carry out property inspections
• Maintain a prospective tenant database
• Assist with general property management tasks and administration
• Follow up tenant enquiry

• Friendly, helpful and welcoming disposition
• Well organized
• Great people skills
• Willingness to learn
• Property Management or Sales experience advantageous however not necessary
