The Role
You will be a part of this great Property Management Department as an important part of the team. The role will involve both in and out-of-office tasks, requiring this person to be efficient, organised, and work well autonomously. Training and support are provided to ensure you are successful and happy in the role.
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and inspections by appointment Routine inspections Diary Management Communication with Landlords and Tenants Prepare properties for online advertising Lease sign ups Preparing leases and lease packs Ad hoc administration duties
The Successful Candidate
6+ months of previous Real Estate experience QLD Certificate of Registration Attention to detail Strong organisational skills Solid written & verbal communication skills Outstanding telephone manner & time management Corporate presentation Valid driver's license
