Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their established team and assist the Property Managers on a day-to-day basis.
The Role:You will be a part of this great Property Management Department as an important part of the team.
The role will involve both in and out-of-office tasks, requiring this person to be efficient, organised, and work well autonomously.
Training and support are provided to ensure you are successful and happy in the role.
Monday to Friday with a potential Saturday every now and then.
Main responsibilities in the role will include but not be limited to:
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phoneConducting open homes and inspections by appointmentRoutine inspectionsDiary ManagementCommunication with Landlords and TenantsPrepare properties for online advertisingLease sign upsPreparing leases and lease packsAd hoc administration dutiesThe Candidate:Minimum of 6 months experience as a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property ManagerA current Certificate of Registration & Driver's LicenseExceptional organizational and time management skillsTo Apply:Hit 'APPLY' now or email your CV to ****** OR call me on 0481 142 674.
