Our team is made up of sales agents, leasing consultants, PM accounts, administration, and property managers.The role will include:Liaising with clientsAssisting with new businessMaintenance and work ordersGeneral office administration dutiesManage enquiries and correspondenceIngoing and condition reports as neededAssisting the Property Management teamReviewing / processing rental applicationsMarketing and showing available propertiesConducting routine inspections / open homesCreating leasing and property management documentsWeekend Availability is requiredThe successful candidate should have the following:Be professionally presentedHave strong attention to detailBe consistent and highly reliableClear and proactive communicatorAn Australian driver's licenceCompany provided motor vehicle during work hoursHave excellent customer service skills and experienceLove coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environmentHave a registration in Property Services / Real Estate LicenceGrowth opportunity with lots of room for promotion and career escalation.
