Leasing Business Development Manager

The Rubinstein Group Rose Bay is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Leasing Business Development Manager to join the team on a full-time basis to work in collaboration with our Property Management Team.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Identify and proactively seek new business opportunities
- Cultivate and foster relationships with new clients
- Develop strategies to effectively tap into new markets
- Perform cold calls and inquiries
- Convert leads into new business
- Streamline client transitions to the property management team

Requirements & qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a new business position with a track record
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration required
- Current Drivers Licence required
- Relentless drive and determination to excel in a competitive market
- Superb verbal and written communication with professional presentation
