The Opportunity Join our dynamic Melbourne Leasing Team as a Leasing Assistant in an exciting, permanent full-time role. This is your chance to be at the heart of our operations, where you'll provide vital executive and administrative support to our Leasing Teams. Your core responsibilities include: In consultation with QIC's Legal Advisor, prepare Letter of Offer packages (LOOs) for distribution on behalf of Leasing Executives. Transcribe agreed terms into Salesforce, and coordinate deal files prior to deal submission. Maintain operational centre plans showing vacancies and current retail mix, and ongoing reconfiguration of development plans. Attend Leasing meetings including coordinating the agenda in consultation with Managers and taking/circulating minutes and action points. Assist the leasing team with the preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations including formatting, printing, binding and scanning. Maintain commercial advertisement listings. Completion of tenancy remixes as required. Diary management, including coordinating meetings, handling room bookings and organizing business travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport. Other general administrative duties, including document management, invoicing, monthly credit card reconciliations, and supporting teams visiting the office. About You Experience in administration or team assistant position. High level verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work effectively without close supervision. Outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to self-prioritise and meet deadlines. Professional approach and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
