Leasing And Property Officer

Join our team as a Field Officer in the Property space, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients.
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-presented individual with a can-do attitude.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, articulate, polite, and professional, and who enjoys providing great customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Open Home inspections.
Conduct thorough written inspections.
Provide access to properties, the collection of files or keys, and other assorted tasks outside of the office.
Maintain the key register and manage key distribution.
Attending calls with Property Partners and / or Leasing Managers to discuss property condition or feedback from open homes or inspections.
When required, supporting with administrative duties for leasing and property management.
Use of our inspection platform, Inspection Express (training provided).
Assist with basic property management tasks.
