16th December, 2024Place Sunnybank are looking to engage a Leasing Agent to join their dynamic Property Management team! This is an excellent opportunity to solidify your property management knowledge and foster sustainable growth within a business committed to continuous improvement.The role will see you excel within the foundations of the role, building great practices for your career into the future. The role requires the successful candidate to be available to work 25 hours a week including Saturdays with the potential to go permanent.We are open to someone without experience, as long as they are willing to learn it all, have clear communication skills and provides 6-star customer service!
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:Conduct open homes and private inspections (as required), greeting clients and future tenants;Utilise your time out-and-about conducting routine entries and exits;Supporting Property Managers to better manage their portfolios by completing detailed inspections on their behalf;Completing administrative support to the property managers, including producing maintenance reports and supporting the leasing application processes.About You:Current Real Estate Registration certificate and QLD drivers licence;Professional presentation and high-level communication skills;Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best experience;Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently;Computer proficiency;Access to reliable vehicle for work use.Benefits:We believe that our people are our number one asset so there is no lack of training, both internal and external.
