The sales and leasing administrator will provide innovative property marketing, attention to detail, and extensive local market knowledge.

Our client has a brand new fitted-out office, located fringe CBD.

Job Description:Proficiently handling administrative tasks to assist directors and the capable sales and leasing team.Skilfully preparing sales and leasing submissions, organizing marketing efforts, and managing advertising schedules.Expertly drafting sales, leasing, and management documents with attention to detail.Responsibly maintaining databases and uploading property listings to external websites.Effectively communicating with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Skills & Experience Required:Previous involvement in Real Estate or property is highly regarded.Proficiency in Word and Outlook at an intermediate level is mandatory.Impeccable attention to detail is pivotal.Comfortable using social media for marketing purposes.Demonstrated organisational prowess is crucial for effective multitasking.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.BenefitsLucrative salary package with KPI structured bonuses.Exciting avenues for career growth and advancement.Exposure to stimulating opportunities with this multi-disciplinary agency.Flexible work arrangements (WFH).Annual performance-based bonus.Apply below in strict confidence or call Harry Presdee on 0423 051 339.
