The Position Calling & processing all leasing applications, conducting reference checks and updating all applicants on the status Calling successful applicants and updating owners Calling all unsuccessful applicants Coordinating property viewings for the leasing team Advertising properties for lease Keeping owners up to date with progress Skills & Experience Previous experience in leasing/property management Outstanding customer service, corporate presentation, initiative and a passion for the industry Excellent time management and attention to detail along with zero reluctance to pick up the phone Inspect Real Estate experience is essential An absolute team player!
