Our commitment to excellence ensures we offer a wide range of housing solutions, including social, affordable, and specialist accommodation, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families.Join us at Housing Plus, where your work contributes directly to providing safety, comfort, housing and support for our communities.We are currently looking for someone to join our housing team in Dubbo as the Leaseholds/Housing Officer.Responsibilities:Building and managing our Leaseholds portfolio in the Dubbo area;Building strong relationships with the local real estate market;Ensuring targets are achieved;Managing all tenancies within the Leaseholds portfolio including sign-ups, inspections, and maintenance.Qualifications:To be successful, ideally you will have some experience in housing and/or real estate with intermediate IT skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
This is a fast-paced role, so you must also be highly organised and energetic.Experience working with vulnerable client groups, an understanding of the needs of people on low incomes, and a desire to make a difference in our community will be highly regarded.You will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award.
