A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Lease Administrator to become part of an energetic and integral goal - oriented team.
Reporting to the Lease Manager, this role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including: Initiate and manage the setup of new leases, renewals, and lease terminations Collaborate closely with the Lease Administration team to ensure leasing procedures and information are accurately entered into the system.
Gain a thorough understanding of the lease process, ensuring accurate verification of critical dates including lease and rent commencements Analyse monthly rent and additional charges to ensure accurate invoicing to tenants Verify the correct allocation of invoice expenses against specific properties and general ledger (GL) codes.
Reporting as required by management Drive process improvements to optimise task execution and information flow to teams To be considered for this role you will have at least 2-3 years' experience working in lease administration from another property firm.
You will also have exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and value working in a cooperative and driven team environment.
