Our client has been providing an exceptionally high standard of corporate real estate services, specialising in investment sales, property leasing and asset management. This is a fast-paced role, dealing with large volumes of leases and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial & government assets.
The Role: Transactional management lease renewals, leasing & rent review negotiations Managing and actioning the critical dates in the portfolio which includes lease expires/renewals. Accountable for core lease management activities such as portfolio finance reporting and accounting, lease administration and data management Ensuring tenant lease obligations and compliance are maintained Managing the interests and expectations of internal and external stakeholders; contractors & service delivery teams Ensuring the delivery of premium customer services to the client, above and beyond expectations; Coordinating, where required, other property team personnel and external contractors in the delivery of specialist property services Covering core property management activities such as property finance reporting and accounting, physical property administration, occupancy agreement administration; and Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and strategic portfolio plans The Candidate: Minimum 2 years experience in commercial, government or corporate property administration Previous experience in lease negotiations/renewals Valid real estate license or certificate of registration (ideal) Strong Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act The Benefits: Centrally located office Busy portfolio Ongoing learning and development on offer 4 x days per week Please callJessica Shielson0430 479 207for more information or email your CV to******
