Job DescriptionBased inour stunning North Sydney office,this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills & accounts background in this autonomous role. You'll be supporting a driven and dynamic team on our exciting client portfolio within a fast paced, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes.Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.Validation and review of lease documents.Manage change of landlord and payee detailsincluding validation and system updates.Administer accounts payableand receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses.General liaison with client and suppliers.QualificationsIn addition to having a strong client-oriented approach, the successful candidate will hold: Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite.The ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team.Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements.Additional InformationPlease apply with your CV.
