Lease Administration / Paralegal

Are you an aspiring paralegal who isn't enjoying working in the legal sector? Are you interested in using your legal degree to add value in a business setting, with potential to move internally. We have the role for you!
Under the guidance of a highly experienced manager and team you will assist with property lease administration for this ASX-listed and highly prominent property group.

Specifically, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of the lease information, establishment and interpretation of new leases, maintenance of data, assist in audits, accurate monthly rent roll & other day to day administration.

Finally, you will respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, assist in management reporting and take part in projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives. 

About You: We're seeking a dynamic and career-driven individual. Candidates from a lease/property administration or property management background will be highly regarded.

My client is also open to candidates from paralegal or an interest in law/property to apply, with the medium-to-long term plan to move internally.

Candidates from accounts such as AP or AR especially with property sector experience will also be favoured.

Regardless, you will have exceptional communication and stakeholder skills.
