The Client
Our client is a Top Tier Commercial Property Group that is seeking to appoint a Retail and Commercial Lease Administration Manager to join their high-performing team. In place is a highly regarded management team that has a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.

The Responsibilities
As a Retail and Commercial Lease Administration Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distributing lease documentationAssisting with the preparation of monthly reportsNegotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitorsOngoing review of minimum leasing requirementsPreparing approval submissions as well as other items such as insurance, bank guarantees, etcSupporting the Compliance Manager and the Property Management team on certain leasing issues and negotiating a mutually satisfying outcome.Compliance and reportingSkills and Experience Previous experience in the commercial/retail property industryExperience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting prioritiesExceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detailStrong financial acumenA proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solvingA team playerExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsIf you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Milli Hargreaves on 0439 778 823.
