They are a leading property and infrastructure company dedicated to building innovative and sustainable projects and pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role:

The Lease Administration Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of lease administration for our client's portfolio of properties. This role involves ensuring compliance with lease terms, maintaining accurate lease records, and managing relationships with tenants and landlords. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities: Manage and maintain all lease agreements and related documentationCoordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to resolve lease-related issuesPrepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual lease reportsServe as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding lease inquiriesAssist in the negotiation of new leases, renewals, and amendmentsConduct regular audits of lease records to ensure accuracy and completenessStay updated on industry trends and legal requirements related to lease administrationBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all deals are progressed efficientlyAttend relevant meetings to promote the company's visionAbout you: Previous experience in legal property or retail leasingKnowledge surrounding the retail leasing actDegree in a legal discipline is preferred but not essentialMinimum of 5 years' experience in property or legal industrySystem knowledge of Yardi will be beneficialExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyIf this role sounds like you, please apply today!
