The role: The Lease Administration Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of lease administration for our client's portfolio of properties.
This role involves ensuring compliance with lease terms, maintaining accurate lease records, and managing relationships with tenants and landlords.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities: Manage and maintain all lease agreements and related documentation Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to resolve lease-related issues Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual lease reports Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding lease inquiries Assist in the negotiation of new leases, renewals, and amendments Conduct regular audits of lease records to ensure accuracy and completeness Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements related to lease administration Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all deals are progressed efficiently Attend relevant meetings to promote the company's vision About you: Previous experience in legal property or retail leasing Knowledge surrounding the retail leasing act Degree in a legal discipline is preferred but not essential Minimum of 5 years' experience in property or legal industry System knowledge of Yardi will be beneficial Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy If this role sounds like you, please apply today!
