The role Responsible for accurate input of all new lease information and implementation of changes to lease information.
Assist Senior Lease Administrator to complete lease audits to continuously improve lease data.
Ensuring that copies of all lease documents and other essential source documents correspond with data entry and are attached within database.
Assist with accurate monthly rent roll production and once-off (adhoc) charges as and when required.
Assisting with report generation to assist property / centre management in relation to lease expiries, rent reviews and other ad hoc reports.
Ad hoc duties as may be required to support the Shared Services team in daily duties and process/system improvements Complete administration tasks in expense management system when required.
Review and approval of staff credit card and cash reimbursement claims.
Work with the Accounts Payable Team to escalate issues and resolve queries as per the SLAs.
About You Graduate in Finance, Legal & Accounting or Property.
Have an understanding of Leases and fundamental knowledge of AP skills.
Exceptional communication skills with a passion for customer service.
A positive, self-motivated attitude.
Display a forward thinking, progressive mindset.
