Job Description Join a growing People Systems team at Jetstar Opportunity to work on exciting learning system initiatives/projects 2 x 12-month, full-time roles working at our Collingwood head office (hybrid working options available) The System Specialist - Learning is responsible for managing our existing SuccessFactors Learning platform to ensure effective learning delivery and accurate record-keeping across the organisation.
This role drives system adoption by educating and supporting the business, while overseeing governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
As the Subject Matter Expert, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide guidance on key updates and new features to our Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic goals and learning needs.
We are looking for a self-starter with strong initiative, who will bring together cross-functional teams, solve problems effectively, and navigate change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily LMS operations, resolving issues and acting on feedback to ensure a smooth experience for users and administrators.
Provide SME and ensure learning system implementations align with business requirements.
Collaborate with Qantas HR Digital, Qantas Learning Teams, and the project team to identify and customize functionality for business needs.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to ensure accurate mapping, cleaning and migration of legacy data Ensure the system meets business requirements and maintains data integrity Work with the project team to execute testing plans and user acceptance testing Determine and develop training content for effect end-user adoption Work alongside the HR Digital and Learning Teams to design a roadmap for system and process optimisation.
Support ongoing continuous improvement of LMS and deciding on process optimisation opportunities.
You'll have: 5 years' experience in implementing and supporting Learning Management Systems (preferred) Experience with SuccessFactors LMS, Workday LMS or similar systems Experience as a technical lead or system owner, overseeing system management, optimisation and maintenance Proven experience in leading complex data migrations with multiple stakeholders and data sources.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams, to deliver system implementations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document details clearly.
Excellent technical documentation skills Ability to identify root causes of technical issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes in technology, scope or business requirements Strong collaboration and teamwork, working across functional and geographical boundaries Applications will only be considered for candidates who have the right to work in Australia / New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship.
