Specific Criteria Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school Special Education qualifications essential Understanding and willingness to work in an inclusive co-teaching model and collaborating within a K-12 framework.
Knowledge in planning and creating adjustments to suit individual student needs.
Ability to work with all levels of staff to implement policy and programs including DDA and Standards Good interpersonal and organisational skills Liaise with parents, carers, and outside agencies Identify, plan, and engage in professional learning both personally and with team members Applicants needs to demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of the National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.

Position on COVID-19 vaccinations Given the current management of risks associated with COVID-19 in the community, and the gradual wind-back of some settings, CSBB has decided to no longer require all staff to be fully vaccinated, effective 19 September 2022.
Staff who are not vaccinated will be required to wear masks when working with children at greater risk of serious illness owing to a medical condition and/or physical disability.
