This is an opportunity to work with our teachers in assisting students that have a variety of individual learning needs.
Key Success Factors As a member of our Learning Diversity Team, you will provide individual and group learning support to our students. The College seeks applicants that have a strong background in administration and classroom support.
You will work in partnership with classroom teachers and the Learning Diversity Leader to implement adjustments to learning materials and the classroom environment, as outlined in student Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), and provide support for a student's academic learning, behaviour program, physical care, and social progress throughout the entirety of a school day.
You will therefore be creative and open in your approach and able to adapt to each individual student's needs.
