Remuneration package value at up to $92,734. Base salary ranges from $63,600 to $83,170. Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time).Salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually.Up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products.Generous Employee Referral Program.About You As part of the Learning Support team, you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student-centred curriculum.
To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
An understanding of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support.Ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member.Ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful.A willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students.You will have attained:
