You could be the Learning Support Officer we're looking for to enhance our online and on-campus learning programs at our brand-new Brisbane campus! As our new LSO, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic learning environment, ensuring the seamless delivery of our online and on-campus programs. You will play a key role in supporting our students, teaching staff, and the Higher Education team.
If you have 3-5 years of dynamic administrative experience and a knack for supporting learning initiatives, we want to hear from you!

You will have the opportunity to be involved in:Scheduling webinars, liaising with lecturers, and compiling course materials.Creating and sending certificates, and maintaining accurate records on Truss.Ensuring all courses comply with the Higher Education Standards Framework 2015.Liaising with our overseas offices regarding course details.Monitoring the quality of our educational programs.Engaging with students in your course to ensure they are staying on track with their studiesImplementing company policies and procedures.Daily communication and assistance to the Higher Education Managers, colleagues, students, and lecturersUpdating and maintaining our Learning Management System (Moodle)Addressing inquiries via email and phoneAssisting with campus set up and close when requiredCollating results for unit/s to be presented and approved at various Board meetingsWorking alongside and assisting other team members and departments with duties during busy periodsAd hoc admin and data when required What will you need to succeed?A passion for education and helping others achieve their best.Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.Track record of delivering top-tier customer serviceEffectively juggling multiple tasks is your forteComfortable working to tight deadlinesMeticulous attention to detailYou are comfortable being an independent self-starter who enjoys taking the initiative to get tasks completedTeam-oriented mindset. You will work with teams that are also located in our Perth and Melbourne campuses.Proficient in various tech tools, or able to pick up new software easily, from Microsoft Office to Learning Management Systems, and online meeting platforms like BigBlueButton, Collaborate Ultra, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
