Learning Support Coordinator - Preparatory School This is a Full-time role commencing in 2025.
Reporting to the Head of Preparatory School, the successful applicant will provide effective leadership of the Learning Support team and oversee the educational provision and case management of students from Reception to Year 6.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Ensure the development, implementation and evaluation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for boys attracting Government Verification Funding, and of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for those boys not attracting such funding but still in need of such curriculum modification and support;Be responsible for the case management of boys who require Learning Support intervention;Provide leadership in a primary school setting to the Learning Support team and liaise with the Preparatory School leadership team, School Counsellor and other stakeholders as required;Lead effective curriculum and pedagogical development specific to boys' education and in keeping with the IBPYP;Support the spiritual, community and co-curricular life of the School;Hold current working rights for Australia;Hold (or be eligible to obtain) registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.Interested persons should carefully consider the Position Description and Selection Criteria documentation.
