The Role Be part of a highly skilled and committed team driven to help young people realise their potential, with the opportunity to work across a multi-campus school setting.
Your Key Responsibilities Include: Identifying students' learning needs, skills, and difficulties as they arise and working under the guidance of the relevant Individual Needs Advisor to respond to these concerns.Maintaining confidential weekly student notes on Microsoft Teams to monitor their progress.Understanding a student's identified learning difficulties and offering assistance in the classroom.Liaising with Individual Needs Advisor and the teaching staff to maintain a comprehensive support program and track student progress.Assisting students to deal with adjusted curriculum where necessary under the guidance of the classroom teacher and the Individual Needs Advisor.Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to different learning needs and strengths of all students in classrooms.Demonstrated ability to form a positive rapport with staff and students and build collaborative relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong proficiency using business software such as Microsoft Office.Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.Highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organisational skills, including managing time and meeting deadlines.Experience working with children from a culturally and/or linguistically diverse background.Recognised Education support qualification preferable.Highly organised with a 'can do' attitude to all projects.Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply to join the team at Haileybury where we aim to create a supportive culture and learning environment that fosters both academic achievement and personal growth for our staff and students.
