An opportunity has arisen for an experienced health professional or educator with strong leadership skills to join BRHS as the Learning, Support and Development Manager in this fixed-term position. Join the largest employer and health care provider in East Gippsland and lead the LSD team in the implementation of processes that support the provision of high-quality, person-centred care. Contract: Fixed-Term, Full-Time to 06.04.2025 The position: This senior management position will provide professional support and strong leadership to the LSD team and high-level support to other area managers across BRHS. The manager will be responsible for developing and managing a high functioning team of Educators to support and grow the professional and clinical standards of the workforce and other clinical domains as required. The Manager will take responsibility for, and lead the LSD team to meet educational needs now and adopt a strategic planning focus to assist in the development of our future workforce across the organisation.
