ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for a Learning Success Associate to join our small Learning Team! In this role you will be accountable for ownership and delivery for programs of work that align to initiatives associated with learning and development in the APAC region.
You will partner with business leaders and HR to provide the interface between the business and L&D.
Through consultation with stakeholders, you will understand and quantify L&D requirements to effectively curate and direct towards the global solutions available, or needed find off-the-shelf solutions provided by the local vendors.
This is a true business partnering role and your communication skills and ability to foster and develop relationships is key to your success.
The Learning Success team works closely with Capability Development Managers and the Learning Solutions team to ensure the proposed solutions provide efficient, high quality learning experiences.
There will be ongoing support and learning for you to continue to develop and focus on your passion to grow within the niche field.
This role is in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra.
Requirements and Experience
1-2 years experience in a HR support role or strong interest L&D and have had experience in an admin or support capacity working with stakeholders. Tertiary education in HR or related field which may include - Business, Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources A genuine passion for developing people, with a focus on continuous improvement and impact. Strong business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills. A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Strong concern for efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail Good presentation and facilitation skills. Learning agility Experience in working with people with a range of experiences and backgrounds This is a great opportunity for someone to make the move into an area they have been waiting to get into or willing to take the next step from a support role into a more client facing role where you can put your strength of relationship building and eye for providing solutions to the wider business!
