Job Summary:
We are looking for talented leaders who are passionate about developing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the learning needs of all employees, developing and implementing training programs, and ensuring high-quality delivery of training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs to ensure that new and existing employees can quickly learn new skills and become experts in their field.
Lead, manage, and train your team to ensure they are delivering the best possible results.
Use data-driven approaches to identify problems and improve the quality and effectiveness of training and coaching at your location.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve training and coaching quality.
Support the implementation of local and EU-wide projects to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure a safe learning environment and work closely with HR, Health and Safety, and Engineering teams.
Hire and train the best trainers from our Amazon community and develop them further.
Ensure that training content meets EU standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
Proven experience in leading and developing teams with demonstrated shared success.
Knowledge of data management and understanding of its impact on performance indicators.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a shop floor worker in complex processes.
Production/ manufacturing environments with understanding of 'standard procedures' and 'Lean principles'.
Programming knowledge and experience in creating, editing, and managing training content and programs.
Experience in change management and process optimization.
