What role will you play?You will play a key role in leading and managing a diverse portfolio of learning programs across our ANZ region and engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver learning solutions aligned with the Financial Management Group's strategic goals. This includes autonomously managing training offerings from end to end such as scheduling, coordinating sessions, managing invites and registrations, tracking and recording training invoices, and conducting evaluation reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
In this role, you will provide best practice advice and be the first point of contact for existing learning and development offerings in ANZ, playing a critical role in creating an exceptional employee experience through learning. Responsibilities include oversight of the Learning Management System, Learning and Development inbox, SharePoint site, and Learning Experience Platform (EdCast), ensuring they support learning objectives efficiently. Additionally, you will support the design of engaging and impactful learning programs, working with Learning Partners and the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence to understand employee needs, design new learning experiences, improve current programs, and facilitate sessions when necessary.
What you offerDemonstrated expertise in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions, with a keen eye for embedding learning and behaviours throughout the employee lifecycle.Demonstrated experience in managing learning programs, including planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives.Proficient in digital tools such as Learning Management Systems and Microsoft 365 apps, and up to date with the latest educational trends and technologies.Ability to independently manage your time and workload, with a strong attention to detail to meet multiple deadlines across a range of projects.Capability to support and, when necessary, facilitate engaging sessions.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us; if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
