As our Learning & Organisational Development Specialist, you'll empower our Local Area Coordination (LAC) teams to grow and excel in the evolving landscape of the NDIS. You will design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning initiatives that align with organisational goals, focusing on building staff capabilities to adapt to changing service needs.What You'll Do:Dive deep to understand the unique needs of each community. Develop training that speaks to local realities and empowers staff to connect with participants meaningfully.Create dynamic training sessions, both in-person and virtual, that prepare our teams to provide exceptional service and build strong community connections.Partner with subject matter experts to develop future-focused programs that align with LAC and NDIS goals.
