The opportunityReporting to the Organisational Development Manager, the focus areas for the role are:
Conducting training needs analysis to inform workforce planning activities.Developing learning solutions for individuals and cross organisation capability.Manage leadership development activities.Designing initiatives to support change.Coaching and supporting teams and managers.Impact measurement and identifying trends.To be successfulThe role would be well suited to individuals who are passionate about learning and development.
