About the role: As the Learning and Organisational Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building a culture of learning and continuous improvement across our organisation.
Alongside the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, you will support the development and delivery of innovative learning programs, lead identified learning projects and effectively manage key aspects of learning at RSL LifeCare.
Working closely with a range of strategic stakeholders (internal and external), including partnering closely with our Clinical Governance Education team, the role will ensure alignment of approach, quality of learning and impact across initiatives.
About You: You are an experienced Learning & Organisation Development professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
You bring a strategic mindset, strong experience, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following: Strong commercial mindset, driving value to the organisation through learning impact, ensuring ongoing efficiencies and continuous improvement Proven strong experience across all aspects of learning and development, ideally within organisations with a geographically distributed workforce Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques Experience in designing, implementing and managing large learning initiatives including Learning operating model, Onboarding and Induction; compliance frameworks; Learning Management Systems (LMS); learning impact measurement, etc Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of aged care or the not-for-profit sector (highly desirable) Relevant qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, or a related field Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver impactful learning and development programs, aligned with organisational goals and workforce skill and capability needs.
